A discovery chat is a no‑obligation conversation to help us see how we work together. Coaching is a partnership and this chat gives you space to talk about what you want from coaching, what’s happening for you and what you hope will change.
People usually come to me for fertility support or purposeful business coaching, whichever your utlimate focus, the themes are often simlar, confidence, boundaries, overwhelm, decision‑making or simply wanting clearer headspace. All of that sits comfortably within coaching.
We’ll explore what you want from the process and how we’d shape the work so it supports you in a way that feels steady and practical.
