How I work
My coaching is calm, straightforward and focused. I work with leaders, managers and professionals who want space to think clearly, make sound decisions and lead in a way that supports both their people and the organisation.
The work stays grounded in your reality, your role, responsibilities, pressures and the context you’re operating in. We focus on what’s right for you and what’s needed now, rather than idealised models or abstract frameworks.

You set the direction. I help you slow things down, test assumptions and think decisions through — particularly where the stakes feel high, the situation is complex, or competing demands are pulling you in different directions.
Practicalities
Most clients start with a short series of sessions, typically 4–6 sessions, spaced fortnightly to monthly. Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online.
I work with individuals and teams, adjusting the structure and focus to suit the organisation, seniority and outcomes you’re working towards. Longer programmes, leadership coaching or team‑based work can be arranged where appropriate.

My Experience
I’m a qualified coach with over 15 years’ senior HR experience in professional services, SMEs and purpose‑driven organisations. I’ve supported leaders through growth, organisational change and complex people challenges in settings where culture, values and commercial pressures all matter.
In my current role at a B Corp law firm, I work closely with senior leaders on culture development, organisational change and the day‑to‑day realities of leading in a values‑aware, commercially focused environment. This gives me a grounded, practical perspective that shapes my coaching.
My work blends deep coaching practice with real organisational experience. I support leaders on talent, wellbeing, culture, performance and sensitive people issues — offering coaching that understands both human dynamics and business needs.
I understand the complexities of purpose‑driven organisations: the tension between mission and sustainability, the expectations placed on leaders and the need to align people, performance and culture. I also sit on the advisory board of the IVF Network, which strengthens my insight into employee wellbeing and organisational support.
